Commissioners approved a low bid of $47,183.00 from S&M Precast for a 45‑foot Type 2 box culvert to be installed on County Road 750 East between County Road 300 South and County Road 400 South. County Engineer Danny Hollander presented the quotes and recommended the S&M Precast concrete unit over higher local and aluminum options; Commissioner Tony London moved to accept the S&M Precast quote and Commissioner Larry Kleinhenz seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
