Ottawa County approves WSRLA signatory resolution and engineering contracts for wastewater projects

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 25-10, designating Board members as the county’s signatories for electronic and hard-copy forms related to the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account administered through the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas and seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler and passed with Coppeler and Douglas voting yes and Commissioner Mark W. Stahl absent.
