Allen County agrees to join Ohio Public Defender Northwest Regional Hub pilot
The Board adopted Resolution #618-25 to transfer administration of county indigent defense services to the Office of the Ohio Public Defender for the duration of the pilot and authorized executing a memorandum of understanding.

The Board of Allen County Commissioners voted Aug. 14 to participate in the Office of the Ohio Public Defender's Northwest Regional Hub pilot program, passing Resolution #618-25 unanimously.
