Commissioners hold executive session on pending litigation; assign deadlines for opioid-settlement resolutions
At their July 22 meeting the Allen County Board of Commissioners entered executive session to discuss pending litigation under ORC 121.22(G)(3). After returning, they assigned deadlines and directed Assistant Prosecutor John Willamowski Jr. to work with the clerk to place required opioid-settlement resolutions on a future agenda.

The Board of Allen County Commissioners entered an executive session at 8:03 a.m. July 22 to discuss pending litigation under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(3). Commissioner Brian Winegardner moved to enter executive session; Commissioner Cory Noonan seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous roll call.
