Allen County authorizes two grant applications for WORTH Center training and vocational programs
The board authorized the WORTH Center to apply for a Violence Against Women Act grant (for staff training) and an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (for vocational training); both grants are described as 25% reimbursable and were approved unanimously.

The Board of Allen County Commissioners on June 26 authorized submission of two grant applications on behalf of the WORTH Center. Commissioner Beth Seibert moved to authorize submission of a Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) grant application to the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services (Resolution #508-25); Commissioner Cory Noonan moved to authorize submission of an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant application (Resolution #509-25).
