County to continue wellness program; Dog Warden salaries adjusted

Commissioners approved continuing the county wellness program for 2025–26 with current completion requirements and agreed to salary adjustments for the Dog Warden's Office, including a 3% increase for Dog Warden Julie Shellhammer funded by the Dog and Kennel Fund.
