County selects Dynegy and CPV in collective energy RFP; rates, meter counts disclosed
Palmer Energy reported the county will contract Group 1 meters with Dynegy at $0.08046/kWh through May 2027 (95 meters) and Group 2 meters with CPV at $0.05767/kWh (3 meters); gas aggregation rates remain above utility offerings.
