The Pickaway County Board of Commissioners on Sept. 16 approved a Memorandum of Understanding for Local Workforce Area 20 and adopted a resolution certifying the Pickaway County Department of Job and Family Services Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) Plan to take effect Oct. 1, 2025.
