The town administrator presented a revised general-assistance policy, saying the new welfare director had notified the office of recent changes in state RSA definitions and guidelines and recommended those legal language updates be inserted into the town policy. The administrator said the draft had quotations directly from the RSA and that bolded text in the packet marked the changes.
