George Froelich, assistant code officer for the Town of Gray, provided several technical clarifications during the hearing. He told the board the Lake District's front setback is not reducible and remains 50 feet, and that under the ordinance a small structure under the 160-square-foot threshold can have side and rear setbacks reduced to 10 feet.
