After a public hearing, the Seward County Board of Commissioners approved a conditional use permit allowing Western Engineering to operate a temporary asphalt plant through Dec. 31, 2025 with limits on hours, alarms and traffic controls.

The Seward County Board of Commissioners on July 22 adopted Resolution No. 3866 to approve Western Engineering’s application for a conditional use permit to erect and operate a temporary asphalt plant in Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 3 East through Dec. 31, 2025.
