The Board voted to approve a Certification of Compliance with Certain Laws required by Texas Education Code §39.008. The motion, made by Amy Damron and seconded by Ross Sarine, passed by recorded vote: Chris Barker — Yea; Amy Damron — Yea; Brandy Eldridge — Yea; Matt Robertson — Yea; Ross Sarine — Yea; Kathleen Young — Yea; Lorie Son — Absent (Yea: 6; Nay: 0; Absent: 1).
