Cascade County approves Big Bend Ranch XVII preliminary plat with 30 conditions
The Cascade County Commission approved the Big Bend Ranch XVII major-subdivision preliminary plat subject to 30 conditions and allowed cash in lieu of parkland, following a staff report, written testimony and limited public input.

The Cascade County Board of County Commissioners on Sept. 22 approved the preliminary plat for Big Bend Ranch XVII, a major subdivision in Section 10, Township 19 North, Range 3 East. Commissioner Joe Briggs moved to adopt the planning staff report and findings of fact and "approve Big Bend Ranch Number seventeen (17) Major Subdivision preliminary plat subject to the 30 conditions as amended by the planning board and further approve the use of cash in lieu of Parkland option." The motion carried 3-0.
