Planner Chris Khorey (McKenna) told the commission that the Mixed-Uses (MU) district "right now is very restrictive" and recommended changes to allowed uses and associated regulations. He presented charts and maps to illustrate proposed revisions and explained that the current MU chart limits certain mixed-use configurations.
