Cheyenne County adopts Stateline Subdivision, rezones 10-acre tract to Residential Estate
The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-18 on Sept. 15 approving a 10.00-acre subdivision, Stateline Subdivision (Tract 1), and rezoned the parcel from Agriculture to Residential Estate after a Planning & Zoning recommendation and no public opposition.

The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-18 on Sept. 15 approving an application from Anna Roelle to subdivide a portion of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 52 West into Tract 1, Stateline Subdivision, a 10.00-acre parcel, and to change the zoning from Agriculture to Residential Estate.
