Commissioners approve multiple infrastructure contracts, award road projects and adopt facility contracts

On motion of Mr. Shoffner and second of Mr. Old, the board rejected bids for the Traffic Signal Project because they exceeded the 20% maximum. The board then approved several awards and contracts on the recommendation of county staff, including awarding the 2026 Microsurfacing Project to Strawser Construction, Inc. for $1,379,105.96 and awarding chip-seal work to Henry W. Bergman, Inc. for $199,911.35.
