County Engineer Eric Dodrill opened sealed bids for Erie County’s 2026 Resurfacing Program and announced that Gerken Paving, Inc. submitted the low bid of $1,936,006.63. Erie Blacktop, Inc. submitted a competing bid of $2,067,761.50; the County’s estimate was listed as $1,940,000.00.
