The Erie County Commissioners approved travel requests for Emma Farahay (Tax Map) to attend the Ohio GIS Conference Sept. 20-22, 2026, and for Rachel Ruffer (Economic Development Director) to attend an OEDI course July 23-24, 2026. Estimated costs were $745 and $1,030, respectively.

The Erie County Commissioners approved two staff travel requests during their July 20 meeting. The minutes record approval for Emma Farahay of the Tax Map Department to attend the 2026 Ohio GIS Conference in Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 20-22, 2026, at an estimated cost of $745, and for Rachel Ruffer, the Economic Development Director, to attend the OEDI Site Selection Core Course in Upper Arlington on July 23-24, 2026, at an estimated cost of $1,030.
