Commissioners approve contracts, funding transfers and subscription access in bulk votes

The Board adopted a block of routine resolutions and budget actions on motion of Mr. Shoffner, seconded by Mr. Shenigo, with roll call recorded as both aye for the listed items. Actions included approval of meeting minutes (June 10, 22, 24, 29 and July 1, 2026); a pest-control service agreement for The Meadows at Osborn Park for $4,250 (#26-181); an amendment to the Erie County–EPICCVB funding agreement changing a contribution date (#26-182); a contract confirming deputy sheriff coverage for North Point Educational Services Center (#26-183); a LexisNexis subscription for Clerk of Courts ($1,020, #26-184); and a pavement-marking contract with Oglesby Construction ($72,965.80, #26-185).
