At its Aug. 4 meeting, the Logan-Hocking Local Schools Board of Education recognized Cea Owen for earning Certified EMIS Professional status after completing a comprehensive EMIS assessment at the May 2025 EMIS Conference. The minutes state the assessment tests knowledge of definitions, timelines and material across more than 50 sections of the EMIS manual.
