Representatives of the fairgrounds and the Sheep & Goat Committee presented an estimate to alter support beams and pour concrete to level the floor inside the sheep and goat barn. The committee offered to pay for metal back pens and contribute to the concrete work, but commissioners expressed concern about altering structural components.
