The Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County on July 1, 2025 adopted a resolution fixing July 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the General Assembly Room of the Putnam County Courthouse in Ottawa as the time and place for the final hearing on the Duane Lammers Single Ditch #998 project. The Clerk reported receipt of the Engineer’s completed survey and estimate for the construction area.
