Highway Commissioner Chad Scheinoha raised a discussion asking whether the county should allow ATV and UTV travel on all County Trunk Highways. "Commissioner Scheinoha asked for the Committee members’ thoughts on allowing ATV/UTV travel on ALL County Trunk Highways within the county," the minutes state.
