Council authorizes CFO to begin solicitation for bank depository services

The council adopted Resolution 26 0 0 8 to authorize the ACM/CFO (Mary) to initiate a competitive solicitation for depository banking services, fulfilling the state requirement under Texas Local Government Code 105.011. Dennis Baldwin summarized the requirement, saying, "This is required by state law that we go through this process," and council approved the resolution unanimously.
