Council awarded multiple contracts for street reconstruction: Concord Estimating won the Beamer/Magnotta/Dean contract at $2,342,219.35; Quality Excavating received a related Dean contract at $1,693,372.50; Qualley Estimating was low bidder for Albion Street at $1,835,061.60. Staff said work will begin April 6.
