The Board of Bent County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2025-22 on Aug. 7, denying Ark River Farms’ application for a partial release and partial assignment under its 1041 permit. The roll-call vote was unanimous: Chairman Alan Stump Aye, Commissioner Phil Hemphill Aye and Commissioner Jennifer Scofield Aye.
