Fillmore County approves multiple right‑of‑way permits for Trailblazer CO2 pipeline
The Fillmore County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a set of county right‑of‑way occupancy permits on Sept. 9, 2025, allowing Trailblazer CO2 Pipeline Company, LLC to install a 10‑inch steel CO2 pipeline across multiple roads in Belle Prairie and Franklin townships.
