Posey County commissioners approved two rezoning petitions Aug. 19 (4505 Breeze Road from AG to R-1 and 11301 East Copperline Road from B-1 to B-2). The Copperline approval carries Area Plan stipulations plus a restriction tying the B-2 designation to the current owner/business; the vote on that item was 2-1.
