At its May 7 meeting, Wayne County Council received staff updates that the annex generator is installed and operating, courthouse exterior demolition is nearly complete, prox-card installation is nearly finished, and the county's emergency communications tower is moving into construction with pillars due in May and tower builds starting in June.
