The Huntington County Board of Commissioners voted to issue a Stop Work order on the property at 8121 N 894 W in Bippus following a public hearing on June 2, 2025. Commissioner Tom Wall moved for the order, and Commissioner Rob Miller seconded; the motion passed 2-0 with Commissioner Terry Stoffel voting no.
