The Lyon County Commission on Aug. 21 approved the Lyon County Area Transportation (LCAT) Title VI Complaint Procedure and Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plan after a presentation by Shane Brunner (LCAT). The motion to approve carried Bartel/Peck 3-0.
