Marion County panel approves Hargiss subdivision, denies three final plats for missing representation or documentation
The Marion County Regional Planning Commission on July 1 approved the Hargiss Subdivision final plat and a side-setback variance for Lots 1 and 2, and denied final plats for Sam Murray, Charles Labron Byers and Bruce Nelson after applicants or required documents were not present. Commissioners instructed applicants to correct plat documentation, easement access and flood-zone mapping before resubmission.
