Regional Planning Commission reviews detailed draft rules for campgrounds and RV parks
The Greene County Regional Planning Commission examined a wide-ranging proposed amendment to the county zoning code to regulate campgrounds, RV parks and RV resorts (minimum tract sizes, site plans, potable water and TDEC septic approvals, buffers, density and special-event rules). The County Commission received the proposal for review ahead of a July hearing.
