Fulton County commissioners voted July 22 to adopt an updated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Master File after a presentation and audit update from SEDA COG staff. Program Manager Jamie Shrawder and Program Analyst Hanorah Lucas told the board the CDBG audit process with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) was proceeding well and recommended formal adoption of the updated master files.
