At its June 18, 2025 meeting, the Cobb-Highland Recreation Commission authorized Park Manager Tom Michek to move ahead on purchasing a 60-horsepower 4WD tractor quoted at $47,000 with attachments and discussed multiple maintenance and insurance items affecting Blackhawk Lake operations.
