The Armstrong County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved an Emergency Disaster Declaration for the Armstrong County Jail on June 19, 2025. Commissioner Anthony G. Shea moved the measure, Commissioner John W. Strate seconded, and the motion carried without opposition.
