The McDuffie County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Feb. 5 to approve a contractual agreement with CSRARC to update the county’s comprehensive plan. Commissioner W. Bill Jopling moved to approve the agenda item and Commissioner Steven Hollimon seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
