At a properly noticed public hearing, the council considered second reading and adoption of ordinance 2026-0817a to repeal and reenact chapters of the municipal code and to adopt a new official zoning map. Town Attorney Austin described a handful of targeted changes since first reading, primarily dimensional standards for the R‑1 district.
