The Cathedral City Planning Commission approved amendments to CUP 16‑013 (now CUP 260003) for CC Industry LLC (C4) at 69375 Ramon Road, including a reduction in parking from 398 to 315 spaces, minor floor‑plan adjustments and replacement of planned glass panels with insulated metal panels for Building 2.
