Jerry Wallace told commissioners he received a petition submitted by the owner of ARD Properties 2nd Edition for improvements on land just west of Fargo's landfill that the city previously owned. Wallace said the owner, identified in the packet as Trent Duda, is a civil contractor seeking to expand operations and may sell portions of the property for industrial development similar to nearby Midland Garage areas.
