The St. Joseph Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 1 and voted unanimously to recommend amendments to Sections 18.2.6 and 18.2.7.C of the zoning ordinance, which include standardized parking formulas, clarified definitions for square feet and seating capacity, and a realignment of use categories to correspond with Table 4-1.
