St. Joseph selects Valley City Signs for downtown wayfinding; Commission authorizes contract

City Manager Emily Hackworth briefed the Commission that the Downtown Development Authority prioritized wayfinding in the 2020 Downtown Vision Master Plan and that staff received and evaluated four bids for fabrication and installation. After negotiations, staff recommended Valley City Signs of Comstock Park as the best fit based on municipal experience and MDOT familiarity.
