Bids for hauling aggregate were publicly opened on July 11 and considered by the Otoe County Board of Commissioners during its July 15 meeting. Representatives present for the bid opening included Commissioner Rick Freshman, County Clerk Jenny Bassinger and Road Department Lead Supervisor Brian Briley.
