Elasha Lennartz, Jay County administrator, presented the Preparedness Coordinator grant and told the commissioners, "The total contract for the grant cycle is $16,800." Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the contract on a motion by Commissioner Chad Aker and a second from Commissioner Doug Horn.
