At its March 3 meeting, the Cascade County Mental Health Local Advisory Council voted to appoint Teresa Mouser to the board and agreed to form a steering committee to develop Individualized Placement Services (IPS), a supported-employment program; Ginny Carnes volunteered for the committee and members will review materials before the next meeting.
