The Economic Development & Tourism Committee on June 12 adopted a resolution in support of the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program following a briefing from advisory member Roxie Anderson. The motion was made by Joey Esterline and seconded by Chair Adam Balz; it carried by voice vote.
