The Onley Town Council unanimously adopted Property Maintenance Ordinance #002‑25 on Nov. 3, 2025, after a short public hearing and a council request to include a definitions section. Town Manager Susan Rillo presented the ordinance during the hearing called to order by Mayor Ned Finney at 6:02 p.m.
