David Besly of Bleyl Engineering presented a draft work order maintenance contract to the board and described a competitive solicitation package that would require a bid price and qualitative information from contractors to demonstrate capacity and scheduling. He said the specifications were modeled on documents used by Blinn College District but that the firm will confirm the draft is appropriate for a municipal procurement.
