The Manatee County Planning Commission on Oct. 15 approved an amendment to the sign stipulation for PDC 14‑26, a completed Reed Storage development in Parrish, to defer to the Parish Commercial Village (PCV) overlay rather than to language pasted into the original 2014 approval.
