The Prosper Town Council approved a plan to buy a town-owned street sweeper and operate an in-house sweeping program to supplement an existing contractor. Staff said the purchase is part of the FY27 budget package and will allow more frequent attention to downtown, collectors and other local streets the contractor does not routinely cover.
